As a maintenance at Elest Group  , you will be responsible for handling a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a diverse skill set and the ability to address various issues efficiently.

Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Repair and replace damaged or faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances. Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members or contractors for larger projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as required.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
